Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Festive Balloons Co. within 7 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective. A copy of your receipt must be provided with the return to ensure proper credit. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.

When placing an order please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and contains no errors. Consequences of having the wrong address will result in the goods ordered returned and an additional fee will be charged for re-shipping without rebate of the initial shipping cost.
Festive Balloons Co. is currently shipping our goods in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean using Universal Posting Services (UPS) as our main postal courier. We are pleased to offer next day shipping to some metro areas, with 2-3 days shipping for the extended areas in Trinidad, and up to a week for remote areas. UPS will call to schedule the delivery.
